Understand what's really happening with desire in midlife and why the way you experience intimacy now may be very different from how you experienced it in your 20s, 30s, or 40s
Stop thinking there's something wrong with your libido and start understanding how desire actually works during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond
Understand why hormones can be helpful, but they aren't the whole answer. Creating the intimacy you want involves your body, your brain, your emotions, your relationship, and so much more
Let go of outdated beliefs about desire and intimacy that may have worked earlier in your life but simply don't fit the woman you are today
See how this approach can work for YOU, whether you're perimenopausal or postmenopausal, on HRT or not, partnered or single, married for decades or dating again later in life
Discover what can help you reconnect with desire and pleasure even if intimacy has been difficult, your partner isn't quite on the same page, or it's been a very long time since you've felt connected to this part of yourself
"Sex and intimacy scared the hell out of me. I felt guilty and ashamed… now I fully own it. It's a gift, truly."

I'm a medical doctor, a sexual counselor, and a master certified life coach, and I've spent years helping midlife women get their groove back. I'm also the person who makes one of the most awkward conversations on earth feel easy, so nothing you say will shock me and nothing you ask will be too much.
I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't done myself. I've experienced a relationship without intimacy. I've gone through perimenopause and menopause. I've felt the 10pm dread and the shame that comes right after it, and I've had the season where I loved someone and felt nothing when they touched me.
It took my medical knowledge, my own menopause transformation, and years of coaching women on intimacy to understand why desire changes the way it does in midlife and what actually brings it back.
What returns isn't the old version of you, either. It's something better, because this time YOU choose it. Give me 60 minutes, and I'll help you understand why intimacy has changed, and what's possible from here.
"I thought something was deeply wrong with me… today I actually enjoy intimacy with my husband, and we're closer than ever."
You love your partner. You'd choose them again. But when the hand lands on your shoulder, you feel dread instead of anticipation, and then you feel terrible about the dread.
Somewhere along the way, intimacy may have shifted from something you enjoyed to one more thing on your to-do list, or maybe it's quietly disappeared from that list altogether.
And you've asked yourself the questions in the dark:
You've probably tried the obvious things, too. Hormones, scheduling it, powering through and hoping your mood catches up. None of it stuck, because every one of those fixes assumes something is wrong with your desire and you need to get back to the way it used to be.
That assumption that something is wrong is what's been feeding the loop, where "I should want it more" turns into shame, shame turns into pressure, pressure turns into avoidance, and then comes the worst part: "See? Something really is wrong with me."
No, nothing is wrong with you. You were just handed the wrong model for how desire works. The fact that you're still reading means part of you hasn't given up, and that's the part I want to talk to.
For about 25 years, everything you learned about desire seemed true. It appeared out of nowhere, your body behaved predictably, and a good relationship made intimacy feel effortless. Nobody ever sat us down and said this operating system might expire.
Then midlife arrived, with the stressful career, the brain fog, the disrupted sleep, and let's not forget… a body that keeps changing the rules.
Desire didn't disappear, but it may have moved to a completely different spot in the sequence. Maybe it doesn't show up first anymore, the way it did when you were 25. It shows up after something else has happened, which is why waiting to "feel like it" may mean waiting indefinitely, and why forcing it anyway turns the whole thing into an obligation. Desire doesn't flourish under pressure, expectation, or obligation.
This has a name, responsive desire, and nearly 70% of midlife women function from a neutral place of not knowing if they will get in the mood. This is not a problem. It isn't a malfunction and it isn't a phase you wait out.
It's a different set of rules, and nobody handed you the new owner's manual when the old one stopped applying. Instead of thinking something has gone wrong, think of your body as needing a software update. Desire may not work the way it did in your 20s, 30s, or 40s. Your body has changed, your hormones have changed, and your understanding of desire needs to change too.
On September 28, I'll help you understand your midlife desire update and show you how to work with your body now, not the body you used to have.
Walk away with hope, clarity, and a new way forward… because your intimate life isn't over. You get to decide what you want this next chapter to look like.

Good news, because I don't need your partner for this training, I need you. The work starts with you, and the conversation with them comes when you're ready for it.
Hormones help with certain physical symptoms, but they don't teach your mind what creates desire for you, which is the part we cover.
Desire doesn't expire, and a door doesn't disappear because you stopped opening it. Some of my most successful clients have been in their 60s and beyond!
The new rules are the same rules whether you're perimenopausal, postmenopausal, on hormones, off hormones, with men or women, married 30 years, or rebuilding a relationship with yourself first.
No. This is a webinar, so there's no camera and no microphone on your end. Nobody sees you, nobody hears you, and nobody knows your name unless you decide to type in the chat, which is completely optional. There's an anonymous Q&A option too.
Register anyway, because the replay goes to everyone who signs up.
Stay to the end with me and you'll get The REIGNITE Starter Kit, free: the new rules of midlife desire on one page, plus the exact questions I use with private clients to help you uncover what creates desire for YOU.
It's yours to fill in that same night, and it goes to live attendees only.
