REIGNITE is a 12-week live program for women in midlife who want to feel desire again, especially the ones who are pretty sure that it's too late for them.
You love your partner, but the wanting has quietly slipped out of the room.
Maybe you go to bed at a different time than them, hoping they're already asleep. Maybe you still say yes sometimes, but it's more like, let me just get this over with… It feels like one more thing to handle for everyone but you.
Your libido feels like it ghosted you, and she's never coming back.
And underneath it all runs the same story: my body's broken, my hormones are shot, this is just what happens now.
But that story is wrong, and there's a real good reason you believed it...
And no one ever handed you the new owner's manual.
Here's what almost no one explains: in midlife, desire may stop arriving on its own. It can become more neutral. Maybe now it shows up after closeness, after safety and relaxation, after you actually feel connected, instead of out of the blue, the way it used to.
Nobody handed you that memo. So you did what any capable woman would, you tried harder. You pushed yourself in the bedroom. Maybe you focused on increasing frequency. Maybe HRT, which helped your hot flashes but didn't quite sustain your libido.
None of it worked, and it never could have, because your body was never asking for more effort. It was asking to be understood.
That's the part that should feel like relief. A body you understand is a body you can work with, and once you learn how your body speaks now, desire stops feeling like something you lost and starts feeling like something you can find your way back to.
And it's not too late. I rebuilt my own intimate life in my fifties, after menopause. The best sex of your life can genuinely still be ahead of you.
As a trained sexual counselor and a Master Certified coach for women in midlife, believe me when I tell you I've heard nearly every thought going through your head right now. Three come up almost every single time. See if any of these sound like you.
“Sure, but nothing's really going to change for me”
Says who? A culture that decided women over fifty are finished? A society that implies your body is broken, so just accept it, end of story? It's wrong. Desire in midlife isn't a switch that's burnt out. It's a set of skills no one ever taught you, and skills can be built at any age. I've watched women who swore they felt nothing find more pleasure at 55 than they had at 35, once they finally understood a body nobody ever explained to them.
“I could never talk about this stuff out loud”
You were raised in a world where good girls didn't discuss this, so of course the words feel stuck in your throat. But here's what that silence has cost you: your connection to yourself and perhaps your partner, your belief that things can be different, and possibly your pleasure for the next 30 years. It convinced you that you're the only one, when nearly every woman your age is lying awake with the exact same thoughts and saying nothing, same as you. Here's the good news: shame can't survive being spoken. It can't survive in community. The first time you hear another woman say the quiet part out loud, something in you finally exhales.
“Even if I do the work, my partner won't meet me there”
Here's the myth hiding inside that fear: that your partner has to change first, that things will only get better when they change. Let me tell you, it won't. Most partners aren't refusing to connect, they're just as lost and as afraid to name it, just like you are. It becomes a waiting game, waiting for someone to go first. Once you understand your own body and start asking for what you want, the dynamic between you and your partner starts to move, often even before you've said a thing.
So no, this isn't where your intimate life quietly winds down.
With the real truth about your body, and the right people around you, midlife can be the chapter where it finally gets great. Most women are never told that's even possible. It is.
The kids don't need you the way they used to. The house is quieter than it's been in years.
Three months ago, that quiet unsettled you. Quiet meant it was just the two of you again, and part of you wasn't sure what was still there. Was the connection gone? You'd shift awkwardly, make an excuse, and disappear.
Now it's an ordinary night, and your partner catches your eye across the room. This time you don't look away or go find something that needs doing. You hold it. You're interested. You're playful. You're curious.
Because you feel like yourself in your body again, and you finally know what you want and how to ask for it.
Nothing on the outside changed. The only thing different is you, once you've learned how to connect to yourself and how your body works now.
REIGNITE is a 12-week live program where you finally get to focus on yourself and create the sexual intimacy you want in your life right now, and for your next 30 years.
REIGNITE is your safe place where you acknowledge what exactly is happening to your body and your life during perimenopause and menopause.
You get to figure out what pleasure feels like in this new body, how to get comfortable with your sexuality, and how you want to express that sexuality.
You get to become the expert on your body and your libido.
Finally, you figure out what you want in bed, how to ask for it, and how to want it in the first place.
And along the way, you get back so much more than a sex life: you reclaim your confidence, your closeness with any partners, and most importantly you rediscover the woman you were starting to think midlife had taken for good.
Yes, I Want In →
I thought something was deeply wrong with me for having a low desire. I thought I was totally broken. Dr. Sonia helped me see how that was all normal, and I've now found ways to get myself excited and primed. Today I actually enjoy sexual intimacy with my husband, and it's made our connection so much stronger.
REIGNITE isn't about fixing your sex life. It's about understanding what has changed, reconnecting with yourself, discovering what intimacy and pleasure mean to you now, and intentionally creating the next chapter of your intimate life.
Over twelve weeks, you'll move through a carefully designed process. Each month builds on the one before it, so you're not simply collecting information, you're learning how to apply it to your body, your desire, your relationships, and your life.
Month One is about putting down the belief that something is wrong with you. You'll release shame and the "shoulds" and the "should nots" you've carried about sex, desire, aging, and your body.
You'll learn how perimenopause and menopause can affect intimacy and sexual health, and finally understand what's happening instead of blaming yourself. Then, we put you back on your own list: your time, needs, energy, and desires. And we replace judgment with curiosity, shifting the question from "What's wrong with me?" to something much more powerful: "What might be possible for me now?"

By the end of Month One, you'll have a new foundation: less shame, more understanding, greater self-prioritization, and permission to get curious about what you actually want.
Month Two answers the question: "Where did my desire go?" You'll discover how desire actually works in midlife, including responsive desire, turn-ons, turn-offs, and the conditions that help desire emerge.
You'll reconnect with the body you have today through body appreciation, pleasure anatomy, and sensation, without pressure to be who you were 20 years ago. Then you'll learn to nurture emotional, mental, physical, and sexual intimacy, while building the communication skills to ask for what you want, set boundaries, and navigate rejection.

You're not recreating your old sexuality. You're discovering what's possible now.
Month Three is where everything comes together. You'll learn to intentionally create connection through emotional safety, affection, dating, and meaningful rituals. You'll learn to trust the process as desire, bodies, relationships, and life naturally change.
Then we'll expand your definition of pleasure beyond a narrow sexual script, bringing in more play, adventure, connection, and possibility. Finally, you'll create your personal intimacy vision and REIGNITE Roadmap for the years ahead.

The goal isn't just better intimacy for 12 weeks. It's giving you the tools to create connection, desire, and pleasure that can evolve with you for the next 30 years.
This isn't about going backward. It's not about getting your "old self" back. And it's definitely not about forcing yourself to become the woman you think you should be.
REIGNITE is about meeting the woman you are today, and giving her the knowledge, curiosity, connection, pleasure, and permission to create what comes next.
Twelve weeks of live Sunday coaching calls with me (7pm ET / 4pm PT), where you can ask anything, anonymously, as much or as little as you're ready for. Your camera stays off. Just sit back and relax.
A private cohort community, so you're going through this with other women who get it. You don't have to do this alone.
In addition to the live weekly coaching and content, you'll get these two things the day you enroll, so you can start before the program even begins.
For most women, the hardest part isn't wanting more. It's saying it out loud to their partner. This guide walks you through exactly how to open the conversation about sex and intimacy without it turning into a fight, a shutdown, or hurt feelings. You'll know what to say, how to say it, and when, so by the time we begin, you've already cracked the door open at home.
Hours of Dr. Sonia's past coaching, yours to dive into the moment you enroll. This is how you walk into your first live call already at ease: you'll get used to hearing these conversations out loud, start to know Sonia's voice and style, and realize how normal all of this really is. By week one, the awkwardness is behind you.
For twelve weeks, you get me, Dr. Sonia, every single week, the full REIGNITE method, both bonuses, and a supportive group of women right there with you, every step of the way.
Just imagine: 90 days that change how you feel in and think about your own body, how you relate to yourself and your partner, and most importantly, how you show up for intimacy and pleasure for the next thirty years.
Sex and intimacy scared the hell out of me! I felt guilty and ashamed whenever I thought of sex. Now I'm intrigued. It's not as intimidating. I'm definitely getting better at seeing my thoughts and not judging them. Thank you for showing me a new way of living.
I say the quiet parts out loud. I'm the one you can tell anything to without me batting an eye. And I'm absolutely certain the best intimacy of your life is still ahead of you.
Here's the part that matters most: I've been where you are. I've been in sexless relationships. I've gone through perimenopause and menopause myself, watched my own desire quietly slip, and felt every bit of the fear about my body, my age, and whether my intimate life was just over.
It wasn't. I learned my own body, rebuilt all of it, and I've spent every year since 2019 helping women do the same.
By training I'm a physician, a sexual counselor, and a Master Certified coach (and I've even logged hours in a sex toy store, becoming a sex toy expert). Mostly, I'm the person who makes the most awkward conversations on earth feel easy, and usually pretty funny.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me with a cup of English breakfast tea in hand, planning the next of my 100 honeymoons that my partner and I are determined to take together (we're currently at 16).
Tea and honeymoons aside, here's what actually matters: every week of REIGNITE, you've got someone in your corner who truly gets it, because I've lived it.
Part of you has started to believe this is just how it is now, but a quieter part still hopes that's not true. Tap the ones that sound like you.
You will not leave these twelve weeks as the same woman who joined them.
I'll show up every single week. Every call, every question, every moment you're not ready to say it out loud yet, I've got you. You'll never do this alone, no question will ever be too much, and you'll always have a room of women who understand.
And if you show up and do the work, you'll understand your changing body, know what you want and how to ask for it, feel desire come back, and grow closer to your partner and more like yourself than you have in years.
I understand the pull to do this quietly, on your own. But here's the gentle truth: if the quiet, do-it-yourself route were going to fix this, it probably already would have. That's exactly why it's live.
Change here doesn't come from reading about intimacy, it comes from being coached through it, by someone who can meet you where you actually are, with your body, your questions, your life. Live is what makes this about you, instead of a generic lesson you have to make fit.
And it's a safe place to do it: small, women-only, and yours to take part in only as much as you want.
This is your safe space, full stop. What's said here stays here, I never share names, and you stay in charge of how visible you are: keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable, ask questions without your name attached (we use anonymous fun names like "Afternoon Delight"), and speak up only when you're ready.
However you need to do this to feel safe is exactly how we'll do it. I'm here to support you in whatever way fits you.
You spend all year giving your time to everyone else. This is one hour a week, for twelve weeks, that belongs to you.
It isn't another pile of homework, it's the standing appointment where you finally come first. Most women tell me it becomes the hour they guard the hardest.
Yes. Whether you're in perimenopause, deep in menopause, or years past it, on hormones or not, this meets you exactly where you are.
HRT can support your hormones, but it can't teach your mind how to want again or how to ask for what you need. That's the part we do together.
For twelve weeks of live coaching with me, video modules, worksheets, plus an amazing supportive community of women, it's a steal. Not to mention everything you'll learn about a body you get to live in for another thirty or forty years. And we aren't even talking about saving relationships.
It's one of the best investments you'll make in yourself in a long time. This isn't a quick hit that fades, it's the skill set that changes your intimacy, your confidence, and your relationship for good.
This is the only live round of REIGNITE I'm running this year, and the first one I've run in more than two years. It's live coaching with me, in a supportive group, in real time. When enrollment closes, we begin, and the doors don't reopen for this round.
If you keep waiting for the someday version of this, someday keeps moving. This is the room, and it's open for you right now.
Yes, I'm Joining REIGNITE →Started at lack of intimacy, frequency, insecurity, poor body image, close-minded 'to-do list' sex, and scarce communication with my partner. Now, intimacy and sex are created, with better quality, and more open, honest communication and exploration. This has led to a deeper, more enjoyable sexual relationship with my husband and will continue to grow with the tools you've given us. Thank you!
I spent years believing the best of my intimate life was behind me.
I had miscalculated by about fifty years or more, and I would hate for you to lose even one more year to a story that was never true.
You're not too old and you didn't miss your window. Your body simply changed, and nobody ever handed you the new road map.
Whatever you decide, I hope you stop blaming yourself tonight. And if you're ready to want to want it again, I would love to have you in this cohort.
My sexuality used to feel taboo, something I wasn't comfortable even thinking about, let alone exploring. Now, I fully own it. It's a gift, truly. Thank you.
